Special features

To use exchange services user should open GoldEx account for free, when placing her first order. Account will be deleted if inactive for 12 months.

Exchanging funds to ecurrency

Payment accepted through

1. credit card (VISA or Mastercard) — worldwide for 10%, min.$5 fee;
2. international bank wire — worldwide (additional 5EUR fee applies if wire currency is Euro);
3. Western Union — worldwide (min. fee $10; additional 20EUR fee applies);
4. domestic bank wire — in USA;
5. BPAY, St George and Westpac Bank Cash Deposit — in Australia;
6. ANZ and bank-to-bank online transfer — in Australia and New Zealand;

All those exchanges (except for credit cards and Western Union) are charged min.$5: e-bullion — 1.50%, e-gold, iNTGold, Pecunix — 3%.

Exchanging ecurrency to fiat money

Customer can receive regular money via

• bank transfer to Australian bank — free
• international bank wire — $20 fee
• check my mail — $1

after exchanging e-currency to fiat currency at following rates with minimum of $5: e-bullion — 3%, e-gold — 1.5%, iNTGold and Pecunix — 2%.
