ExactPay Global Electronic Payments is processed by ExactPay N.V., a corporation duly organized under the laws of Netherlands Antilles (ExactPay N.V., Kaya W.F.G. JOMBI, Mensing 18, Zeelandia, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, tel. +599 9 465 0100). ExactPay Debit Cards are issued by First Curacao International Bank N.V., a private offshore bank in Curacao.

Unlike any other Internet currency, ExactPay is a bank secured payment system. Its members are issued a debit card and obtain access to electronic global payment transaction processing services which enable ExactPay members to execute private and secure online electronic payments in any currency to anyone, anywhere, by a bank secured electronic check.

Accounts

Members can make and receive payments in all major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) regardless of value. Available optiions are Personal or Corporate accounts.

To apply for an membership user should fill out the online application form at ExactPay site. After that she will be emailed an account opening package, which should be filled out and sent back to ExactPay N.V. office by snail mail.

On receipt of the completed documentation, its processing and approval, member receives her User ID (by email), Password (by air mail) and Special Testkey (by separate air mail). After funding new ExactPay account with the "Minimum Account Opening Balance", member's card will be created and delivered (PIN is sent by separate mail).

While filling out an application form at ExactPay site, user can provide the code of the bank where her ExactPay transactions will be posted. Alternatively those transactions will be posted at First Curacao International Bank N.V. — a member will receive email from this bank with instruction for opening of ExactPay Funding account.

Debit card

Every new account comes with the universally accepted ExactPay Visa Electron Debit Card, which provides instant purchasing power over 12 million merchant locations worldwide and instant access to Global cash at 800000 ATMs in 120 countries.

Interface

Account management (balance check, sending/receiving funds, changing profile, etc.) is available only through secure web interface. The user can perform a transaction on the web site only if she knows the Special Testkey — a four digit proprietary authentication mechanism assigned by ExactPay on registration.

All sections of web site work correctly (no dead or wrong links). Interface language is English.

ExactPay have a unique and very helpfull feature — a separate website containing demo-version of the system.

Funds transfer

Every member can send/receive funds within ExactPay through eCheck, internal transfer (to/from any other account of the same member) or intra-account transfer (to/from another ExactPay member).
eCheck is a feature, that allows member to send funds to anyone with a valid email address. An eCheck is created on the web site by entering the amount, currency and email address of the beneficiary. The ExactPay generates the eCheck number and two keys — a Payor key and a Payee key. The system sends the Payee key along with the eCheck. The sender must send the Payor key separately to the recipient for security. The recipient needs both keys in order to cash the received funds. Once the recipient has received the keys, they need to go online. Non ExactPay member on receiving eCheck can either open new account and utilise eCheck in regular way, or deposit eCheck into her existing bank account anywhere in the world by sending a wire transfer.
