IceGold OU is an Estonian company (office address Pikk 7 10123 Tallinn; phone: +372 6819 050, fax +372 6819 051) founded in the spring of 2000, which offer exchange services between e-gold, 1MDC or GoldMoney e-currencies and government issued money. IceGold is owned by Estonian and US individuals and companies.

Exchanging funds to ecurrency

Customer can buy e-gold, 1MDC and GoldMoney at gold spot rate +2% through a) international wire transfer (additional ~$7.52 fee applies; for Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand and Taiwan possibly $5-$25 more) or b) domestic wire (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in national currency).

Exchanging ecurrency to fiat money

Customer can recieve regular money via bank wire selling e-gold, 1mdc for 2% fee and GoldMoney for 1%.
Depending on wire type (normal, urgent or express) and payee (wire receiver or wire sender) fee fluctuates from $5.85 to $58.50.

Due to anti money-laundering laws there is maximum amount of about $16000 that can be send out without additional identification.
